How do I get my license key?

Buy any plan on Amazon. We email your license key to the address registered with your Amazon order, usually within 1-2 hours during business hours.

I lost my license key. What do I do?

Email info@bison.co.in with your Amazon order ID and we’ll resend it.

My activation says "Already used on another PC".

Each license is bound to one machine per seat. If you’ve replaced or formatted your PC, email us with your license key - we’ll release the old binding so you can re-activate.

Activation says "INVALID_SIGNATURE" or "INVALID_REQUEST".

You’re running an old build. Download the latest installer from the Download page.

Activation says "Time expired" or "system clock off".

Your Windows clock is more than 5 minutes out of sync with internet time. Right-click the clock → Adjust date/timeSync now, then try again.

Antivirus is calling Restore Outlook a threat.

Some heuristic engines flag any newly-published app from a small publisher. We’re actively working with Microsoft, Avast, Kaspersky, Quick Heal and others to whitelist our signed builds. See our live virus scan page for the current status, and email us if you need help adding an exception.

Where are my application logs?

Open File Explorer and paste this into the address bar: %LOCALAPPDATA%\BISON\RestoreOutlook — the file app.log tells us exactly what happened.

Do you offer GST invoices?

Yes. Amazon issues a tax invoice automatically for every purchase. If you need a separate GST invoice in your company name, email us with your order ID and GSTIN.

Refund policy?

Returns and refunds are handled by Amazon according to their standard policy. If you have a problem we can fix, we’d much rather fix it than process a refund - just write to us first.
